Game Night January 22, 7 pm

Craft Night

Even though the forecast for Friday is cold, we are still planning on meeting for craft night this Friday at 7 pm in the Gathering Space.  Bring your unfinished project and get it done!  Please RSVP here so in case we do need to cancel it, we'll know who to contact.  Thanks!

Cold Weather Items Needed

This Sunday, we are collecting blankets, mittens, coats, jackets, sleeping bags, socks, and heavy shirts.  Some of you may remember Tina Busch-Nema, a previous speaker for the Adult Discussion Group.  Tina works with a homeless outreach group at night to find people sleeping outdoors. 

If you have any of these items you no longer will be using and want to bring them, Dianne Modrell will see that Tina gets them. Yes, there are shelters in St. Louis, but the story is more complicated than most of us realize. The forecast is for bitter cold for several more weeks - or longer. Thank you in advance.

Sunday Morning Worship

This Sunday on the second Sunday of Advent we'll celebrate the baptism of Kennedy Rei O'Rourke, daughter of Sako and Sean O'Rourke.  I hope I'll see you Sunday at 10:30!  And a big thank you to Rev. Pat Cleeland, our Parish Associate, for filling in for me at the last minute last Sunday.  Thank you, Pat!
