Thank You!

A big thank you to everyone who participated in this year's CROP Walk and most especially to Erica Abbett and Joe Morris for organizing the walk.  Faith Des Peres raised over $1500 and was the top money raiser online!  Way to go, team!

Thank you, too, to Mary Sinclair and Kathy Sherrick for organizing the Haunted History Tour last Saturday.  To view pictures from this event (hilarious!) visit the church website at www.faithdesperes.org and click on the link for "Pictures from Recent Events".  See what happens when the kids don't show!

Haunted History Tour

Come and see the graveyard at the Old Meeting House in a whole new light – lantern light, that is! On Saturday, October 24 at 7:00 pm, a costumed guide will lead you through the historic graveyard by lantern light, and regale you with stories of pioneers, slaves, and days gone by. Is the graveyard haunted? You decide… You will also enjoy some hot cider and light refreshments at the Old Meeting House.  This is a family-friendly event. Children are welcome. There is no charge. Park at the Clayton Road church – you will be transported to the Old Meeting House.
