Worship this Sunday (10:30 a.m.) at our old stone church

In keeping with tradition, our worship over the Labor Day Weekend will be held at the Old Meeting House on Geyer Road.  The church is about 1 mile south of Clayton Road.  Invite friends to worship with us.  The historic building was built in 1834!  The service will be casual and family-friendly.  Parking is available along side streets near the church.  Plenty of cool AC but no bathrooms so plan ahead.

Rally Day – Sunday, September 8

Everything kicks into high gear on Sunday, September 8 with Sunday School for children and youth at 10:45 am and the Adult Discussion Group for adults at 9:00 am.  Lunch and carnival games for all ages after church.  Food and fun for all!  Click here to RSVP.

The church will provide hot dogs, drinks, and ice cream.
We need you to:

• Bring a side dish, salad or chips.
• “Man” a game booth for 20 minutes.
• Help with set-up or clean-up. 
• Bring cupcakes for the cakewalk.

Tai Chi resumes at Faith Des Peres on Monday, September 9

The Peace in Motion tai chi class will begin a brand new session on Monday evenings at 5:30 pm, beginning September 9th.  Tai Chi is a gentle form of both exercise and relaxation.  Proven benefits are improved balance, improved immunity, improved joint flexibility, increased strength, decreased blood pressure, reduced stress and much more!  Classes are $5/person, pay as you go.  All levels of fitness are accommodated.

Join us for worship this Sunday

With summer winding down, now is a great time to invite friends to worship at Faith Des Peres.  Special music this Sunday will include a solo by section leader Rachel Neuner.  Rachel will sing “I Love You, Lord” in an arrangement by Lloyd Larson.
